This monumental building and former beer brewery located in the Dutch Westdorpe is in desperate need of renovation. The client wishes to transform this dark industrial building to a new home. In order to show the beauty of the space and the need for more daylight we made large openings in the gardenfacade. Inside the living room a large void creates a communication with the first floor and adds to the open floorplan. The building permission is granted and we expect to start the renovation in 2015.
