Kaas en Rijst.nl is a young creative studio specialized in Architecture, interior design, visualizations and design. The name: Kaas en Rijst, is a Dutch translation for: Cheese and Rice and it represents the international diversity in our team, coming from Malaysia and the Netherlands. The bohemian approach in the company name reflects our way of thinking and our joy in designing. In our vision, finding the ‘pure essence’ is main motivation in the development of each design. Complex programs or solutions gradually evolve until they become something simple. The 'pure' and strong concepts that arise from this can be applied in each stage of the design and building process. When building, the finest detail is of great importance and we strive to use durable, preferably local and high quality materials. The dialogue with our clients and careful integration in the environment and culture play a major role in our work. Each time we strive to reach a higher level.
