Round 1 : Design a home office.
In the first design we have created a foldable 'vensterbank' (windowsill).
Round2 : Design a dwelling unit inside an existing building
The design takes into consideration the spaces between inside and in-between. The typical programme of a house is dismantled and replaced into the space as a small community. The in-between-spaces are now public areas.
Ronde 3 : Design a small 'ensable' of starter houses
The design here is targeted at a short lifespan of a house which makes it fit in the current 'zeitgeist' such as a sustainable house with an inner courtyard. In theory these houses are cheaper to 'rebuild' than to 'renovate'.
