In the former 'drie hoefijzers' beer brewery in Breda we have designed the interior for a new to build cafe/restaurant. Inside this beautiful building there are several elements, including the brew kettles, protected as a monument. These monuments will be put in the spotlight by the creation of special lighting. We chose to maintain the industrial look and included some luxury areas for fine dining. In this way both restaurant and bar visitors will find a comfortable spot. With a subtile hint, we keep the spirit of the former brewery alive - ' save water, drink beer'.
